Prices, renewals and cancellation
£9.99 per month. Cancel any time, with no fixed-term commitment. Renews monthly until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of your already-paid monthly billing period, subject to your remaining conversation allowance.
£99 upfront for a 12-month prepaid term. Renews automatically at £99 for another 12 months unless you stop auto-renewal before the renewal date. You can stop future auto-renewal at any time; access continues through the already-paid term, subject to your conversation allowance. Stopping use alone does not entitle you to a prorated refund, without affecting your statutory rights.
Includes 60 conversation minutes credited each month of active annual membership (not 720 minutes upfront). Unused plan minutes roll over, but can only be used while your monthly or annual membership remains active. Members on either plan can add £5 top-ups of 60 extra minutes; top-up minutes also need an active membership to use.
Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected, including applicable UK distance-selling rights. These generally include a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts, subject to the rules for the service or digital content supplied. Any request for immediate supply and any legally required consent or acknowledgement must be clearly presented before purchase; these terms do not waive your rights. Remedies for faulty or misdescribed services remain available under applicable law.
Introduction and top-ups
The 20-minute introduction is available once per verified customer, not renewed by repeat accounts. Top-ups cost £5 for an extra 60 minutes, paid once, without recurring top-up billing. Top-up minutes are kept but can only be used while a monthly or annual membership is active. Conversation usage reduces your available allowance; subscription access does not mean unlimited minutes.
Before any paid purchase
Checkout must show the total payable price, included minutes and allocation schedule, billing interval, renewal date and cancellation method before you agree. Material changes to price or terms must be communicated before renewal as required by applicable law. A clear method to stop future renewals and exercise applicable cancellation or refund rights must be available before payments open.
